Project Overview: The China Unicom Hunan Changsha Cloud Data Center is located in the Changsha Hexi High-tech Zone, Hunan Province. The main functions of the buildings within the data center include IDC, production auxiliary rooms, business management rooms, a 110kV substation, and oil engine high-voltage auxiliary rooms. The total building area of the park is approximately 129,300 square meters. Phase I has a building area of about 42,800 square meters. Phase II has a building area of about 34,600 square meters. Phase III has a building area of about 51,900 square meters. Business Outcomes: Phase I has an IDC rack scale of 2,000 racks; Phase II has an IDC rack scale of 4,000 racks; Phase III has an IDC rack scale of 6,000 racks.
