SPW-XE48 Series High-Frequency Low-Power Inverter Power Supply

1) Adopts intelligent microcomputer CPU control technology, with simple and reliable control circuits, quickly responding to changes in the external environment;

2) Uses SPWM pulse width modulation technology, outputting a pure sine wave with stable frequency and voltage, filtered noise, and low distortion;

3) Strong load capacity and good load compatibility, with built-in bypass switch, improving the continuity and reliability of inverter power supply;

4) The DC input end adopts advanced anti-back noise suppression technology, which does not interfere with other communication devices sharing the DC screen; the AC input end uses multiple filtering to eliminate interference from the mains grid, meeting the application system's need for main AC power supply;

5) Can be flexibly set to AC main supply type and DC main supply type; for AC main supply type inverter power supply, when mains power is present, it outputs from the mains; when the mains input fails, it automatically switches to inverter output; for DC main supply type inverter power supply, when mains power is present, it outputs from the inverter; when the DC input fails, it automatically switches to mains output;

6) Well-designed, allows cutting off DC while the machine is running, automatically switching to mains bypass without affecting load power supply, facilitating battery maintenance and replacement;

7) After battery voltage high/low or overload alarm shuts down output, when the battery voltage returns to normal, the power supply automatically resumes output; after the overload condition is eliminated for 1 minute, the power supply automatically resumes output. This function is suitable for unattended communication base stations;

8) Supports LCD display function, allowing customers to understand the internal working status of the machine at any time, using 1602B, 122*32 dot matrix, blue background, silver-white subtitles;

9) Supports AC startup function, used for startup in case of DC failure;

10) Supports remote communication function, using monitoring software to understand the power supply working status in real time (optional);

11) Supports TCP/IP protocol function, using monitoring software via Ethernet for remote monitoring (single/multiple units) to understand the power supply working status in real time (optional);

12) Provides three sets of passive dry contacts (with separate dry contact interface), used for DC input failure (pins 1,2), AC input failure (pins 5,6), and AC output failure (pins 3,4) alarms.
