User introduction

A national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, a deputy-ministerial-level institution directly managed by the central government, a member of the national Double First-Class, Project 211, and Project 985 initiatives, and one of the first 22 universities to establish a graduate school. It is the first comprehensive university founded by the Chinese Communist Party after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
