◆ The plug-in box comes with an interlocking mechanism for quick fixation to the bottom of the busbar.

◆ 6063 (T5) aluminum-magnesium alloy profile, thickness ≥ 2.5mm, Brinell hardness ≥ 60HB;

◆ Surface anodizing or electrostatic spraying treatment available based on customer requirements;

◆ Aesthetic appearance, high mechanical strength, fast heat dissipation, and strong oxidation resistance (salt spray test 1800h);

◆ High-purity oxygen-free copper busbar for electrical use, purity ≥ 99.98%;

◆ Resistivity ≤ 0.0177×10-6Ωm, IACS conductivity ≥ 97%;

◆ Overall surface tin-plating treatment;

◆ Flame-retardant and glass fiber-reinforced PC (polycarbonate) extruded profile; insulation class B, temperature resistance above 130°C;

◆ Flame retardant grade V0, halogen-free, under high temperature and fire conditions

◆ No harmful gases produced;
